Dock Clerk

Dock Clerk at Reddy Ice supports the Plant Manager by maintaining customer relations and handling tasks such as daily inventory counts, answering customer calls, coordinating with route drivers and distributors, controlling vault load outs and load sheets, verifying route money, and maintaining the dock office and loading area. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and ethics standards, reading and interpreting English safety and maintenance documents, staying alert and capable in dynamic environments, and performing additional duties as assigned. The role requires basic math, cash-handling abilities, and the operation of a cash register; prior retail experience is noted as part of the qualifications. This position is based in Dallas, Texas and involves on-site work at the dock/loading area.
