Dock Attendant

Perform dock duties focused on shipping and receiving eggs and related freight. Load/unload trucks, weigh incoming eggs, maintain quality records and lot tracking, and assist with inventory control and shell-egg rotation. Inspect and sign for incoming products and packages, reject when necessary, and coordinate storage of materials while separating clean and dirty items. Complete required paperwork and corrective actions, transport eggs from cooler to staging for processing, and support breaks and cleanup. Maintain a clean cooler and environment, adhere to food safety and GMP policies, and follow safety procedures. Must be able to read/understand written instructions and operate powered pallet jacks or forklifts; English literacy and basic computer skills are required. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; training provided by Daybreak Foods, Inc. Work environment includes outdoor exposure and variable temperatures; typical physical demands include standing, lifting up to 60 pounds frequently, and climbing.
