Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent experience
• •Proven successful experience as a dock or warehouse team member
• •Knowledge of warehouse layout to access products and warehouse contents in efficient and timely manner
• •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• •Must be available for evenings, overnights, and weekends
• •Must be able to work Monday through Saturday
• •Must be able to work 32-40 hours per week
• •Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• •Must be able to work in hot and cold climates
• •Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• •Must be able to work with a variety of noises and odors
• •Must be able to work on unforgiving surfaces
• •Must be able to utilize RF scanner to allow package tracking
• •Must be able to maintain accuracy when sorting out packages based on customer and delivery routes
• •Must be able to safeguard cross dock operations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures and protocols
• •Must be able to ensure dock areas are clean and free of debris
• •Must be able to conduct daily inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, local and internal laws, regulations, and policies
• •Must be able to collaborate with other warehouse team members throughout dock
• •Must be able to protect company assets and confidential information
