Job Summary
Install, service, and repair commercial and industrial overhead doors, loading docks, and dock leveling systems while performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and circuit issues. Ensure quality through proper installation checks for balance and clearance, then proactively address customer needs to expand business through prompt, friendly, and safe service. Handle other duties and special projects as assigned. Requires a valid driver's license, two years of industrial maintenance experience, and welding or electrical skills.
Required Qualifications
- A technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with servicing warehouse equipment, commercial overhead doors, and/or loading dock equipment
- Experience in welding, steel fabrication, and electrical
- Valid Driver's License
