Dock and Door Service Technician

Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment; perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment; welding; maintain a service van and its inventory; process paperwork after completion of each job. Requires less than 2 years related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a valid driver's license and ability to safely operate lift trucks. Mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics; familiarity with common hand tools; strong written and verbal communication for customer care. Primarily 1st shift with 40 hours per week and overtime; company vehicle provided; field service technician role with emphasis on customer service and technical ability.
