Job Summary

Develop, manage, and maintain internal and external documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity. Create and update company policies, manuals, and knowledge bases, and maintain an organized documentation library with secure access controls. Collaborate with teams to gather information, standardize content, and support content creation for product sheets, blogs, and training materials. Enhance documentation processes while adhering to industry standards and regulations. This full-time role in New Jersey requires a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools, and strong writing and analytical skills. Experience with CMS and version control is a plus.
