Job Summary
Documentation Officer responsible for supporting corporate clients with the documentation required to complete onboarding for new and existing legal entities. Key duties include collecting and reviewing AML, legal, and tax documentation, coordinating timelines with clients, conducting client documentation walkthrough meetings, and updating stakeholders on onboarding progress and any challenges or delays. Experience with customer liaison, stakeholder management, and clear written and verbal communication is valued; prior exposure to cash management or client onboarding documentation is advantageous.
