Job Summary
Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents alongside certified nursing assistants and licensed staff. React decisively to emergency situations while communicating effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff. Complete a state-approved nursing assistant training program and pass skills checks within 120 days of employment. No experience necessary; we pay for training. High school diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide person-centered care
- Complete 16 hours of classroom education then complete skills checks for clinical areas for which job expectations include
Desired Qualifications
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment
- Within 120 days of employment, completes a state-approved nursing assistant training program & become certified
