Job Summary
Provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult male patient population at a transitional shelter facility in the greater New York metropolitan area. Conduct evaluation and management of primary care conditions with an expected caseload of approximately 10 patients per day. Work solo with LPN support during two 10-hour day shifts per week, with Wednesday as a required workday and the second day scheduled flexibly. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.
