Job Summary
Manage compensation and benefits programs across Vietnam and Singapore, ensuring competitiveness, compliance with local regulations, and operational excellence. Lead salary benchmarking, compensation structure design, job level reviews, and annual compensation review processes while overseeing payroll, bonuses, allowances, and benefits administration. Develop and maintain C&B policies and procedures, acting as the key point of contact for employee and manager inquiries. Develop HR dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, and workforce analytics to support business decision-making. Manage employment lifecycle administration, including contracts, employee records, promotion and salary adjustments, and work pass administration. Act as Product Owner for HRIS features, driving system enhancements, process automation, and AI-enabled digitalization initiatives. Support regional HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and government grant applications. This role combines strategic C&B initiatives with HR operations and analytics to drive regional HR projects and continuous improvement within Sioux's expanding Asia footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, payroll, benefits administration, and employment regulations in Vietnam
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple countries or regional HR operations
- Experience with Singapore HR practices, CPF, payroll, and Employment Pass administration
- Hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, compensation structure design, job level reviews, and HR analytics
- Experience with HRIS, HR digitalization, and AI-enabled HR solutions or projects
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI or other HR reporting tools
