Job Summary
DMZ & Firewall Network Service Manager responsible for end-to-end service life cycle, new product offerings, workload management, and customer experience of JPMorganChase’s enterprise network services across DMZ & Firewall. Lead service strategy, product vision, and market/discovery activities; drive backlog, quarterly planning, and delivery in partnership with Engineering, Service Delivery, and Operations. Manage budgets, vendor performance, and risk; deliver measurable gains in reliability, cost efficiency, and risk reduction while ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements. Role requires senior-level leadership in large-scale, regulated enterprise networking, with strong stakeholder management, program leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in large-scale enterprise networking
- 3–5+ years in service ownership, product management, or operations leadership roles
- Demonstrated accountability for end-to-end network service outcomes in complex, regulated environments
- Deep understanding of networking, DMZ and enterprise network architecture, firewall technology, and network security
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences
