Job Summary
Maintain and influence Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency within the title & registration team. Process title and registration tasks while adhering to multi-state compliance and 50 state DMV knowledge. Uphold confidentiality policies and follow lawful directions from Supervisors. Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify needs and implement solutions in a high-growth start-up environment. This remote role supports Caramel's partnerships with major automotive brands, enabling economic opportunity through authentic community building.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry
- Ability to efficiently work from a home office environment
- Knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase and sale documentation
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to clearly speak and listen to others in person, via computerized virtual meetings and over the phone
- Ability to type using a keyboard and read from computer screen and reports
- Must be available for remote work (USA only)
- Must be able to work in an at-will position
