Job Summary
Assist the Crew Lead with day-to-day DMS system installations, providing on-the-job training and guidance to team members while actively participating in installation tasks. Inspect completed projects to ensure they meet quality standards, enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular quality control checks. Communicate with customers to understand requirements and address inquiries professionally. Report job or employee issues to management and perform additional tasks as required. This role involves driving to customer appointments in the North Shore region of Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification
- Minimum 6 months of HVAC experience
- Must be able to work off ladders and in high places
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Follow manufacture specifications
- General math
- Be able to safely use power tools
- Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to enter crawl spaces
- Must be able to move up and down stairs safely
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
