Job Summary
Conduct market data analysis to update technical positioning with suppliers and clients, manage agreements and contracts with airlines and providers, and evaluate financial viability of new opportunities. Monitor route volume performance to develop action plans, identify market trends and new demands, and align regional strategies with the product team. Evaluate team members to track skill development against established targets while maintaining up-to-date information on national and international logistics innovations. Requires advanced English, international air freight negotiation experience, and availability for travel.
