Develop and manage freight forwarder suppliers, monitoring service quality and established standards. Execute performance analyses of suppliers and processes to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. Prepare and manage air freight quotations, ensuring information accuracy, competitiveness, and internal alignment. Maintain direct contact with internal clients to provide technical and operational support, clarify inquiries, and align demands. Control and update internal indicators and system records to ensure information traceability. Proactively resolve issues, guaranteeing clear communication, agility, and efficiency in handling deviations. Requires a full university degree or current enrollment, advanced English proficiency, and experience in international cargo agency and pricing/inside sales.
