Job Summary
Responsible for cleaning dishes, kitchen areas, food preparation equipment, and utensils. Operates washing equipment including dish machines, pot washer and presoak tank. Washes dishes, pots, utensils and other equipment; stores cleaned items; maintains clean, orderly kitchen and service areas; stocks supplies; performs general upkeep (sweeping/mopping); handles trash and sanitation; provides quality assurance and ensures health-code compliance; assists other culinary personnel as needed; adheres to Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standards; contributes to process improvements; performs all duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of experience as a Dish Machine Operator preferred
- Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
- Must obtain a Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment
