Job Summary
Operates dishwashing area to ensure a steady supply of clean dishware, glassware, flatware, and kitchen utensils. Responsibilities include sorting, scraping, rinsing, washing, and sanitizing dishware and pots/pans; maintaining stock of clean dishes for dining rooms and cook’s line; adhering to sanitation, safety, and grooming standards; assisting with opening/closing duties; maintaining a clean, safe work area; aiding management with receiving/storage of food items; and supporting exterior cleaning and guest-area upkeep. Requires ability to follow dish machine instructions, use a computer for timekeeping, and apply company values. Requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds; 16 years old minimum; compliance with age restrictions for operating slicers/mixers; training materials completion.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years old and meet any other state age or labor requirements
- No one under the age of 18 may operate, clean adjust or touch a slicer or mixer
