Job Summary
Dishwashing and warewashing role in a restaurant environment: sort, rinse, wash and sanitize dishware, flatware, and utensils; maintain stock of clean dishes for dining room and cook’s line; assist with opening/closing duties; maintain a safe, clean work area; support receiving and storing food items; upkeep exterior areas; uphold sanitation and company standards; follow timekeeping via computer; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; dress and personal appearance as required; perform any other duties as assigned; 16+ age required with restrictions on slicer/mixer operation; no certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years old and meet any other state age or labor requirements.
- No one under the age of 18 may operate, clean adjust or touch a slicer or mixer.
