Job Summary
Maintains stock of clean dishes and flatware for dining room and cook’s line; washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishware, pots, pans, and utensils; sorts and laundry-like tasks related to dishwashing; assists with receiving and storing food items; maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area; follows sanitation standards and company policies; completes opening/closing duties; supports housekeeping of exterior areas and guest spaces; engages guests with the company’s five-foot rule; adheres to required dress and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years old and meet any other state age or labor requirements.
- No one under the age of 18 may operate, clean adjust or touch a slicer or mixer.
