Job Summary
Deliver medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen concentrators, and hospital beds to patients' homes or healthcare facilities. Handle equipment returns, ensuring proper cleaning and preparation for future use, while maintaining accurate inventory records of all assets. Troubleshoot issues, address customer questions regarding equipment usage, and provide instruction to patients and their families. This full-time role in Walnut Creek requires Monday and Friday shifts from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, with a focus on excellent customer service and inventory management.
