Job Summary
DMC Support Staff provides guest-facing service in a high-class, seasonal restaurant/club setting. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating patrons, ensuring newly seated tables have what they need, refilling waters, bussing tables, assisting bartenders and servers with service, clearing and sanitizing tables promptly, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of basic food and beverage service procedures and a commitment to food safety and sanitation are essential.
Required Qualifications
