Job Summary
DMC Project Manager responsible for end-to-end construction projects from design through manufacturing, installation, and closeout. Lead scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management, and cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, manufacturing, construction, supply chain, regulatory, warranty, and accounting teams. Oversee risk, change management, owner invoicing, and executive reporting; drive project milestones, kickoff activities, and client communications. Manage design coordination, procurement, subcontract administration, and vendor relationships; review and negotiate subcontract and owner change orders; lead owner meetings, project walkthroughs, and turnover activities. Ensure quality, schedule adherence, safety compliance, and project documentation; mentor Assistant Project Managers and support continuous improvement across the PM team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience delivering complex construction or manufacturing projects
- Experience managing healthcare construction projects, healthcare facilities, hospitals, medical office buildings, healthcare renovations, or related healthcare environments
- Experience within design-build, modular construction, prefabrication, integrated project delivery, or manufacturing-supported construction environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex modeling, Power Query, pivot tables, dashboards, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet; Bluebeam proficiency
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, change orders, cost controls, and financial reporting
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per month based on project requirements
