DMC Hotel HK Supervisor (2 Full-Time) where needed

The role involves assisting the Hotel Manager, planning and overseeing hotel and Laundry & Room Attendants operations. Key duties include distributing work schedules, handling transfers and disciplinary paperwork, ensuring adequate shift coverage, training and supervising laundry/room attendants, enforcing hotel policies, coordinating with other shifts, inspecting rooms and hotel areas, and maintaining open inter-department communication in a casino/hospitality setting. Requires a High School diploma/G.E.D, prior hotel and supervisory experience, strong people and communication skills, proper dress code, and eligibility for a Non-Gaming license. A 90-day probationary period is required, and transportation must be dependable. Must lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment with potential exposure to casino-related conditions.
