Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of store managers while coaching and training to develop a world-class store management team. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding service, participating in outside sales events, assisting with inventory maintenance, and striving to meet and exceed sales goals. Candidates must have at least one year of multi-location retail management experience, preferably in wireless sales or customer service.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year multi location retail management experience in sales or customer service
- Wireless experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately, and in a timely manner
