Job Summary
Provide instructional leadership by supporting educators in implementing evidence-based practices and facilitating professional learning communities. Coordinate school-wide programs focused on curriculum, technology, equity, and student behavior while managing intervention systems and restorative supports. Analyze student and classroom data to guide instructional strategies and evaluate program effectiveness. Model best practices for staff and students, building collaborative relationships with teachers, administrators, and families. Participate in ongoing professional development to strengthen instructional and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
- Valid Colorado Teaching License appropriate to assignment.
- Endorsement in content are of assignment (if required)
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful classroom or equivalent instructional experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree
- experience as an instructional coach, interventionist, or program coordinator
- administrative or specialist endorsement
- bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or other district-identified languages)
