Job Summary
DL Recruiter located in Bukit Minyak, Penang. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, prepare internal and external social media job advertisements and postings, liaise with agencies and coordinate candidate interviews, and ensure adherence to SLAs. Advise HR and hiring managers on market intelligence (talent pool availability, market salaries, feedback), develop robust search strategies emphasizing diversity and inclusion, follow up on inquiries while maintaining privacy and standards, build positive candidate relationships and pipeline, use skill-based interviewing to assess candidates, and collaborate with stakeholders to prepare job offers. Represent Flex at job fairs and recruitment venues, ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations, and promote Flex culture as a recruiter ambassador. The role requires a Bachelor with 3+ years of experience (or equivalent), experience in recruiting/sourcing, and a basic understanding of how work contributes to a team.
