Job Summary
Drive sales as part of a Territory Team for Capital Group as a Divisional Wealth Management Consultant in the S. Florida & Puerto Rico region. Educate, train, and motivate financial advisors across channels to increase territory sales. Manage in-person and virtual engagements with advisors; deliver persuasive, concise presentations; leverage analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Backset) to create tailored analyses; collaborate with Senior Sales Force to optimize investor outcomes; maintain a business-owner mindset with goal-driven performance tracking; spend ~75% of time with Financial Advisors in person and ~25% virtually; hold required licenses and degree in finance/economics/statistics or related field. Territory: S. Florida & Puerto Rico.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a relevant field of study
- 3+ years of experience as an internal wholesaler
- Experience in front of advisors and clients (virtual and/or telephone)
- Licenses: Series 7 and 66 or 7, 63, and 65
