Job Summary
Drive sales as part of a Territory Team in NYC & Long Island, educating, training, and motivating financial advisors to increase territory sales. Must present to individuals and groups in person and virtually, leveraging analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Backset) to create tailored advisor discussions. 75% in-person engagement with financial advisors and 25% virtual, with a base salary of $75,000 plus commissions and bonuses. Requires a finance/economics/statistics degree and 3+ years in a front-facing wholesaler/advisor-facing role; licenses: Series 7 and 66 or 7/63/65; strong communication and presentation skills; experience in mutual funds, ETFs, and retirement products; geographic focus on NYC & Long Island.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an internal wholesaler and front-facing with advisors/clients
- Series 7 and 66 or 7, 63, and 65 licenses
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a relevant field
- ability to deliver persuasive, concise, organized presentations
- experience selling mutual funds, ETFs, and retirement plan products
