Job Summary
Drive sales as part of a Territory Team with up to 3 Wealth Management Consultants in Iowa and East Minneapolis. Educate, train, and motivate financial advisors from all channels to increase territory sales. Develop and deliver individual, small, and investor-based presentations; engage advisors in person (≈75%) and virtually (≈25%). Leverage a business-owner mindset, structure, and process orientation to achieve goals. Requires a degree in finance/economics/statistics or related field, and 3+ years in roles involving sales to financial advisors; licensing with Series 7 and 66 or 7/63/65 is expected. Strong verbal and written communication, synthesis of information, and ability to present complex ideas concisely. Territory management experience with mutual funds, ETFs, and retirement plan products preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an internal wholesaler or in a similar sales/consulting role
- Licensed in Series 7 and Series 66 or 7, 63, and 65
- Degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a relevant field of study
- Ability to deliver persuasive, concise, and well-organized presentations
- Experience selling mutual funds, ETFs, and retirement plan products
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Backset, etc.
