Job Summary
Drive sales as part of a Territory Team within Dakotas & Nebraska by educating, training, and motivating financial advisors to increase sales of mutual funds, ETFs, and Retirement Plan products. Manage an in-person engagement approach (approximately 75% in person, 25% virtual) with financial advisors, delivering persuasive, concise presentations and leveraging analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Backset) to create tailored analyses. Requires a business-owner mindset, self-motivation, and a structured, process-oriented approach. Territory responsibilities include engaging and supporting multiple financial advisors across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska, with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering value through effective advisor education and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as internal wholesaler
- Licenses: Series 7 and 66 or Series 7/63/65
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics or a relevant field
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience selling mutual funds, ETFs, and Retirement Plan products
- Ability to manage a sales territory and work with financial advisors (in person and virtual)
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and related analysis tools
