Divisional Retirement Plan Counselor - Florida, Georgia & E Alabama

As a Divisional Retirement Plan Counselor, you will educate, train, and motivate financial advisers and other financial intermediaries within a sales division to raise and retain assets for Capital Group. You will collaborate with senior sales team members to drive retirement plan sales momentum, identify needs of firm representatives, and coordinate efforts to improve Plan Sponsor and investor outcomes. The role requires delivering motivational and informative presentations, applying a consultative sales approach to engage financial intermediaries, and traveling extensively (approximately 60% in person, 40% virtual) within the Florida, Georgia, and East Alabama territory. The position emphasizes relationship-building, leveraging technological resources for analysis, and presenting insights in a distilled manner. Licenses and designations required or pursued include Series 6 or Series 7 (or willing to obtain Series 7), Series 63/65 or 66, and designations such as AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, or CFA.
