Divisional Planning Manager

Job Summary
Divisional Planning Manager responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle planning, from sizing and launches to portfolio optimization and discontinuations, across global markets. Lead product lifecycle & innovation planning (sizing based on briefs, manage launches/relaunches/discontinuations, drive innovation forums, lead PIPO/DISCO strategies, support relaunch/reactivation with brand teams). Manage stock, allocations, and supply alignment (define stock strategies with Planning Hubs, coordinate allocations with commercial priorities, align with Supply Chain constraints, escalate major risks). Partner with Marketing, Finance, and CCO on planning decisions, deliver analytical insights, manage early shipments and commercial priorities, and navigate senior stakeholder environments globally. The role emphasizes data-savvy, autonomous, resilient leadership with experience in planning, demand planning, and lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in planning, demand planning, innovation, or lifecycle management
- Exposure to global or corporate environments
- Strong understanding of supply chain flows
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PIPO / DISCO / ROI)
- Proficiency with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, JDA, o9)
- Proficiency in working with Power BI
- Skilled in working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Professional proficiency in English
- FMCG or similar fast‐paced industry experience
