Divisional Medical Director

Conduct divisional-level oversight of primary care, physical medicine, mental health, and care navigation services across the assigned region. Manage interdisciplinary care teams to deliver outcomes-based payment models and oversee the integration of in-person, virtual, and asynchronous messaging channels. Lead strategic initiatives that extend prevention and wellbeing beyond traditional sick care while maintaining trusted relationships with members and providers. This role supports the national team-based approach to building a proactive healthcare community.
