Job Summary
Develop and administer HR policies, programs, and processes across the full lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Conduct timely investigations into employee relations matters and allegations of misconduct while maintaining open-door policies for dispute resolution. Manage benefits enrollment, open sessions, and compensation benchmarking, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Oversee performance evaluation processes, FMLA and disability claims, and HRIS data accuracy. Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing channels and prepare employment packages for Divisional Finance Council approval.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years of related experience
- Knowledge/experience in employment laws and practices
- Knowledge/experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Knowledge/experience in organizational planning and development
- Knowledge/experience in employee relations
- Knowledge/experience in training and development
- Knowledge/experience in performance management
- Knowledge/experience in policy interpretation
- Able to provide constructive, unbiased feedback to staff at all levels
- Able to demonstrate high levels of discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness in dealing with all personnel issues professionally
- Able to manage multitasking work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment while demonstrating a willingness to be flexible while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, accurate, and precise
- Possess a high level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills in independent work and as a team

- SHRM Certification – SPHR or PHR helpful
