Job Summary
Divisional Growth Marketing Manager to own the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns for the Employee Benefits division; collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to translate complex business needs into high-impact marketing actions; build programs to elevate brand visibility, generate new business, and strengthen client relationships; lead content strategy and messaging architecture, develop thought leadership programs, align with leaders to drive innovation and growth, and manage KPIs with internal data teams; develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns using content, direct mail, digital marketing, and public relations, with responsibilities spanning strategy, channel optimization, branding, and cross-functional collaboration; travel as needed and contribute to PR, events, and demand generation while maintaining modern presentations and materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, with 7+ years
- Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (or willingness to learn)
- Strong experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) and campaign management
- Experience in complex B2B environments such as employee benefits, insurance, or pharmacy
- Ability to travel as needed
