Job Summary
Conduct thorough financial analysis of assigned divisions to support business decision-making, evaluating performance against benchmarks and KPIs. Lead the development of financial forecasts and budgets, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions while collaborating with HR, IT, and Procurement partners. Present clear financial updates to executive leaders and create ad-hoc reports to support strategic initiatives. Participate in the monthly accounting financial close and identify efficiency opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, five years of relevant experience, and familiarity with financial systems. Salary range is $60,000/yr - $121,300/yr plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or financial reporting
- Effective communication and story-telling skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams and leaders
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Empyrean, Longview)
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and financial regulations

- MBA degree preferred
