Job Summary
Manage AP, AR, and full-cycle accounting for a single-entity operation while leading month-end close and delivering accurate financial statements. Ensure compliance with union billing, AIA billing, and construction/field-service accounting standards by partnering with project managers on revenue recognition, billing, and WIP costing. Serve as the finance point of contact for operations leadership, maintaining disciplined accounting processes and resolving deviations. Support process improvements and system enhancements to reinforce accounting standards across the business. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of accounting experience in an operational business environment
- Experience with AP, AR, and full-cycle accounting
- Solid understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Comfortable in a hands-on role focused on execution and accuracy
