Divisional Controller, General Ledger and Close

Divisional Controller leads the general ledger function and manages monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Responsibilities include overseeing journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet integrity; ensuring GAAP-compliant results; strengthening internal controls; supporting audits; driving process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability; partnering with cross-functional teams to align accounting with business activities; and coaching direct reports. Requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls, plus leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; CPA preferred.
