Job Summary
Divisional Asset Protection Manager position with remote work and 50%+ travel. Responsible for safeguarding company assets by leading asset protection strategies, conducting complex investigations involving theft, fraud, workplace misconduct, and security incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols. Collaborates with Human Resources, Legal, Operations, Finance, and law enforcement to drive corrective actions and successful case resolutions. Develops and implements physical security safeguards across the company, designs training and awareness programs on theft prevention and safety standards for field and branch teams. Manages investigations, assesses shrink trends, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps, analyzes data to identify risk patterns, and oversees physical security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.). Preferred qualifications include 7+ years in related fields, bilingual Spanish, and proficiency with Salesforce, ThinkLP, and Power BI. Requires BS/BA in a related discipline and typically 7+ years of experience; travel is 20%-50% overnight. Location restrictions apply to residency in specified states; remote work is offered with travel.
Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Investigations, or related fields
- Bilingual in Spanish required
