Job Summary
Division Vice President (DVP) to lead DaVita IKC’s Southern Heat Division operations, overseeing ~75 clinics across multiple states with ~850 teammates and annual revenues of $200-225M. Drive culture, team development, clinical outcomes, P&L management, growth, and strategic initiatives. Build and sustain physician and hospital relationships, develop joint venture partnerships, and lead multi-site operational leadership to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial healthcare environment. Role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders (GVP, Finance, Strategy, People Services, Business Development), and a proven track record in healthcare leadership and growth initiatives. Travel up to 50% within market; open to operating out of Houston, Dallas, Louisiana, or Atlanta with a community-first, values-driven culture and a focus on service excellence, integrity, teamwork, continuous improvement, accountability, fulfillment, and fun.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive management experience
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Value-based care experience a plus
- Proven experience leading a large, high performing team
- Proven experience identifying and driving growth in your business
- Track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership
- Proven ability to engage with physicians preferred
- Travel up to 50% within market
