Job Summary
Division-specific leadership and coordination of Division Support Officers to ensure consistent execution of divisional planning, governance and operational processes. Acts as central point of coordination and quality control across divisional support, ensuring adherence to systems and continuous improvement of ways of working, while delivering hands-on division and themes work with leadership of support staff within a self-service Professional Services model.
