Job Summary
Support multiple branch locations as assigned by the AVP, Divisional Branch Coordinator, overseeing efficient operations and ensuring all functions are performed to expectations. Manage staff motivation to meet goals relating to branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections, and expenses. Make loan decisions up to established limits, process and close consumer loans, and collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency. Assist branch managers with business development, product sales, hiring, staffing, training, and performance reviews. Ensure high-quality customer service while conveying trust and satisfaction to customers and staff. Ability to travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
- 5 plus years consumer finance or related experience
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient working knowledge of industry or related industry lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications
- Ability to travel as required

- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual, Spanish/English
