Job Summary
Support multiple branch locations as assigned by the AVP, Divisional Branch Coordinator, overseeing efficient operations and ensuring all functions meet expectations. Manage branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections, and expenses while motivating staff to meet goals. Make loan decisions up to established limits, process and close consumer loans, and collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency. Assist branch managers with business development, hiring, staffing, training, and performance reviews. Sell products and services to meet sales goals, implement customer solutions, and monitor overall satisfaction. Travel as required. High School Diploma or GED with five plus years consumer finance experience; proficiency in lending software, Excel, and Word. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; bilingual Spanish/English an asset. Competitive semi-annual incentive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
- 5 plus years consumer finance or related experience
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient working knowledge of industry or related industry lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications
- Ability to travel as required
