Job Summary
Division Sales Manager responsible for leading and developing a team of Outside Sales Representatives to drive packaging materials sales across assigned market, oversee product inventory and coordination with operations, and collaborate on pricing, contract negotiations, and customer presentations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of B2B sales with people/territory management, proven leadership and coaching capabilities, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to align sales activities with operations to meet quality, pricing, and delivery commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, industrial, or freight industries
- 5+ years of experience managing people and territories
- Proven ability to drive sales, coach teams, and develop strategic plans
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
