Job Summary
Division Sales Manager leads a team of Outside Sales Representatives to drive packaging materials and related supplies within assigned market, collaborates with operations (purchasing and logistics) to meet quality, pricing, and delivery commitments, and develops sales strategies and forecasts. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the sales team, identifying growth opportunities, leading contract negotiations and pricing strategy, delivering customer presentations, managing budgets and performance metrics, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strong emphasis on leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with requirements for a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of B2B sales and people/territory management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, industrial, or freight industries
- 5+ years of experience managing people and territories
- Proven ability to drive sales, coach teams, and develop strategic plans
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
