Job Summary
Oversee division operations with full profit and loss responsibility, driving annual business plan execution and maximizing market performance. Manage land acquisition strategy, development budgets, and construction operations to maintain on-time deliveries, safety compliance, and cost control. Direct purchasing, sales, and marketing initiatives to optimize pricing, capture rates, and product offerings while ensuring customer satisfaction. Lead a diverse team across all functional areas, fostering accountability, resolving major development issues, and maintaining organizational culture. Achieve an average Eliant survey score of 90 or above and exceed Inspire capture rate targets of 80%.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of the production homebuilding industry
- Deep understanding of the land acquisition environment within the market
- Proven leadership and management skills
- High energy, capable of driving operational and financial performance
- Experience analyzing and interpreting financial reports
- Experience developing, managing, and achieving annual business plans
- Proven ability to build, develop and manage activities of direct reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-resolution capabilities
- Effective working relationships with customers, contracted agencies, supervisory personnel, and employees
- Minimum 10 years of experience in single and multi-family construction management
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading teams
- Must complete OSHA certification training or show proof of OSHA certification
