Job Summary
Division Order Analyst for an on-site/hybrid role in Midland, TX supporting a client project focused on compiling, organizing, and validating lease, ownership, and deck data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities include maintaining ownership and division order records, reviewing deeds/probate documents/assignments, processing ownership changes and transfers, researching ownership discrepancies, supporting division order and land administration functions, maintaining land and ownership databases, assisting with reporting and data management, coordinating with land, accounting, and operations teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness of ownership records, and supporting special projects as needed. Ideal candidates will have Division Order and/or Land Tech experience, be proficient with Enertia, possess strong attention to detail, be familiar with land systems/databases, and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Minimum qualification includes a high school diploma or equivalent; eligible to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include Permian Basin experience and associate’s or bachelor's degree.

- Experience maintaining ownership records and land data
- Proficiency with Enertia
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working with land systems and databases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be eligible to permanently work in the United States
