Job Summary
Oversee full P&L oversight, setting financial benchmarks and managing division plans and budgets while ensuring all legal issues are addressed. Direct office staff, preconstruction, business development, and project management leads, handling all hiring, training, and advancement. Win business by managing your pipeline and acting as the ultimate leader for preconstruction, business development, and project operations. Execute projects on time and profitably, building seamless teams from office to field and addressing civic duties as the public spokesperson. Develop and track 1-, 3-, and 5-year operating plans to support growth, actively pushing personal and team development while fostering a challenging yet fun culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or construction management
- Extensive experience in running all aspects of construction
- A keen understanding of business and risk management
- Minimum of 2 years' experience running a general contracting business or construction business unit with full P&L responsibility
- Office Suite proficiency
- Procore proficiency
- Sales Force (CRM software) proficiency
- BlueBeam / Acrobat proficiency
- Acumatica (accounting) proficiency
- Pre-employment drug screening
