Job Summary
Division Manager oversees Repairs, Gutters and Exteriors projects, leads staff, manages budgets, coordinates with the GM, ensures adherence to Bone Dry policies and procedures, and drives operational success across roofing projects. The role combines in-office responsibilities with oversight of local work sites, requiring leadership, budgeting, staffing, training, customer service excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturers and suppliers. The position involves stepping in across multiple functions (sales, production, office) as needed, ensuring workflow efficiency, and delivering high standards of customer service while developing staff and maintaining company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum two (2) years of management/leadership experience
- P&L experience with respect to managing sales and profitable operations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to climb ladders and work at varied heights
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to work in field and office settings
- Experience leading a sales team through mentoring and coaching for sales metric accomplishments
