Division Manager

Division Manager to oversee all associates in the assigned division, including sales, office and warehouse personnel, and all aspects of operations. Responsibilities include managing financials (P&L), budgets, and sales targets; coordinating marketing and sales activities; analyzing market data; developing accounts; improving out-of-stock reduction; ensuring compliance with permits and distribution flow; leading staff development and performance management; and coordinating with Independent Operators. 1+ years’ experience in DSD retail, sales, or a field-based supervisor role; bilingual Spanish preferred but not required. College degree in business desired but not required.
